"Clinical Pearls- Scorpion envenomation should be considered in any individual who presents with reported bite or suspected bite with a constitution of neurological symptoms including chaotic eye movements/rotary nystagmus.
- Grade III and IV envenomations can be treated with supportive care +/- Anascorp
- Anascorp although expensive is effective and may prevent hospitalization and ICU admission
- There have been no direct mortality cases of scorpion envenomation in the United States wince 1940"
